NeuroFlexible Family is a resource hub for families with parents and/or children navigating:

• joint hypermobility
• neurodivergence (ADHD, Autism)
• POTS /dysautonomia and mast cell activation (MCAS)
• sensory sensitivities and related symptoms

Many of these conditions don’t exist in isolation.
They overlap, interact, and often go unrecognized for years, leaving families trying to piece things together on their own.

Here you’ll find:

  • clear, plain-language explanations of how these patterns connect

  • research-informed insights alongside lived experience

  • tools for daily life, parenting, and nervous system regulation

  • therapeutic support and coaching for understanding diagnoses and treatment options

  • resources designed for real families advocating within the medical system

Many of the families who find their way here have already tried to make sense of things.

They’ve been told:

  • it’s anxiety

  • it’s behavioral

  • or everything looks “normal”

And yet, the patterns don’t fully add up.

When symptoms don’t make sense,
it doesn’t mean nothing is there.

It often means:
👉 the full pattern hasn’t been recognized yet.

You’re not imagining it.
And you’re not alone.
